Well, it's been one week since I started taking Bio 30 Propolis from Manuka Health and things are going well. As I mentioned before, I'm currently taking approximately 1/2 a bottle a day and it's probably a little more than that.
According to Annette at Manuka Health, the dropper in the bottle is 1ml, but when I squeeze the plunger, it usually doesn't fill up all the way, so I usually do 5 dropper doses each time just to make sure.
It's too soon to see any NF benefits, but I have noticed that my nails seem to be growing much faster since I stated taking the Bio 30. I did some additional research to find out what vitamins are found in propolis and found a site that said propolis contains all vitamins except for K. It also had a very long list of minerals that can be found in propolis.
I guess that's one of the many reasons why propolis is supposed to be so amazing for your health. I don't know if I mentioned it before, but I am planning to take Bio 30 for a very long time, and possibly the rest of my life. My main goal is to see if there are any Neurofibromatosis benefits, but I have read so many other great things about propolis, that I feel it would be a huge benefit to my current and future health to keep taking it.
I'll keep everyone posted as I continue taking the Bio 30. I took pictures before I started, so if I do see improvement, I'll post the before and after pictures.
Hopefully I'm on the way to finding an effective Neurofibromatosis treatment.
